Rise Up! West Virginia” Rally

We need a champion in the legislature. Rod Harless, from South Charleston, is challenging Sen. Dan Foster in Kanawha County. Harless supports Clean Elections and wants to BAN MOUNTAINTOP REMOVAL. There is a campaign rally for Harless this Sat. April 19 – 1:30 – at the LaBelle Theater in S. Charleston, a “Rise Up! West Virginia” Rally. Harless is the only person running for State Senate that has the nerve to say “No More!” Please come out and show your support for this effort and please vote for a change in West Virginia legislature.

Ramp Dinner

Delbert FWB Church will be having their annual ramp dinner the 19th day of April 2008 at Drews Creek of Naoma. The dinner will be from noon to 7pm.

Our remnants of wilderness will yield bigger values to the nation’s character and health than they will to its pocketbook, and to destroy them will be to admit that the latter are the only values that interest us. – Aldo Leopold
